The following terms and conditions will be considered as a binding agreement between you
(treating doctor) and 32 Watts Clear Aligners mfd. By Render Wise Solutions (herein after
referred to as RWS) having its regd. office at A-1/51, Keshav Puram Delhi - 110035. By accepting
the 3D Treatment simulation/Digital treatment plan (DigiPlan) you confirm that the plan is as
per details and instructions submitted in Patient Prescription Form (PPF) for treatment planning and
allow RWS to manufacture the custom orthodontic appliances (Aligners) for your
patient, as per the terms and details set out herein below:
RWS manufactures 32 Watts clear aligners that are custom made orthodontic devices. These
aligners are meant to move the patient’s teeth into their desired position based on the treating
doctor’s directions and instructions submitted in (PPF).
The treatment plan is based on your request for specific corrections communicated via the
Patient Prescription Form. 32 Watts team has generated a 3D representation of the treatment
planning, which has been uploaded to your account on the 32 Watts portal (Digiplan) along
with tooth movement report, Recommended Treatment Protocols like attachments (ATT) as
well as Inter Proximal Reduction (IPR) details.
On Acceptance of treatment plan, 32 Watts assumes that you have read all the reports and seen
the treatment plan along with IPR, ATT and other details applicable specific to the case and that
you agree to administer these protocols on the patient.
On acceptance of the plan, you undertake to be responsible for the treatment of your patient.
After approval 32 Watts shall in no manner be responsible for the outcome of the approved
plan. The final treatment plan is agreed as per your recommendation and guidance and the
company, as such acts as manufacturer of clear aligners as per the final treatment plan and not
as an orthodontic treatment provider. You are the final authority on professional decisions
regarding the protocol and progress of the treatment of your patient.
Orthodontic treatment has associated risks and certain inherent limitations that should be
considered as
acceptable based on your final approval of the treatment plan. You will responsible
for any guidance pertaining to oral hygiene, discipline of wearing aligners, maintenance of
good health of teeth supplemental orthodontic treatment that may be needed during the
duration of corrective orthodontic treatment.
If the treatment plan is not approved within 45 days of the upload, it will attract a payment of
INR 5000 and shall be paid on immediate basis.
Scanning Intra oral and starter kit will be charged INR 2000 each. The above mentioned price shall be adjusted against the case package price on confirmation of the case
First batch along with attachment template will be dispatched within 10 working days, subject to requisite commercial agreement.
As a treating doctor, you will be responsible for correct IPR, Attachment Transfer and any other dental treatment that might be required in a patient's intra oral cavity throughout the duration of the treatment
Your responsibilities also include ensuring compliance of the patient as per wear schedule, number of hours aligner is worn as well as case tracking and reporting
The entire treatment package will include one set (upper and lower arch) of free replacement. For any additional replacements charges INR 1500 per set and INR 1000 per aligner will be levied.
During the course of treatment, You agree to submit the Intra and Extra oral photographs as
well as any other details as may be required by RWS to as certain the case tracking and teeth
movement progress. RWS reserves the right to supply next batch of aligners, in case of
non-compliance of treatment protocol by your patient. Any such request will entail additional
charges for delayed treatment.
Next batch is to be requested a month prior to the last set of aligners, as per wear schedule.
In the event of the treatment not progressing as planned (based on your suggestions), a new
treatment plan will be devised from the current tooth positions. A new scan or a new impression will
be required. Requests for a mid-course correction will be accepted only in cases where
patient compliance is established. A total new protocol, for effective treatment may incur
additional costs as per recommended changes.
Scanning charges would be applicable any changes to the PPF and/or the approved plan is
liable to be considered as a fresh case and not covered in this supply.
As Clear Aligners is a custom orthodontic device that is specially made for your patient, no refund will be applicable in any case. RWS shall in no manner be responsible for any patient leaving the treatment midway.
RWS shall not be responsible in case of non fitment or breakage arising out of the following instances:
You will be ensuring proper and informed consent of your patient for the treatment plan and shall indemnify RWS from any claim whatever and/or any legal action for deficient service or damages of any description, arising out of the breach of patient-doctor treatment, trust and agreement.
RW reserves exculsive properietary right to authorize and permit use of its registered trademark “32 Watts Clear Aligners”. RWS trademark(s) are allowed to be used only on the devices, and products manufactured and supplied by RWS.
The Agreement is entered and executed on behalf of RWS at New Delhi, India. Any or all disputes arising from or out of this agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi only.
RWS has lawful rights to collect and use the dental information, treatment plan information and case tracking details for internal analysis, learning, R & D, training, quality and future improvement purposes.
